Julie was one of those bride's that was just the epitomy of effortless, individual style - so naturally her wedding flowers would be too! The day Vivienne met her for her wedding consultation, we had a gorgeous bouquet of purple vanda orchids, dusky pink cymbidium orchids, cerise freesia and folded aspisitra leaves made up for an order- and as soon as she saw it, she thought that it would just make the perfect bridal bouquet for her! To complement her bridesmaids' raspberry-coloured dresses, we created sweet-smelling posies of lilac and cerise freesia, studded with vintage amnesia roses and finished with a collar of folded cordeline leaves.
The wedding took place at the atmospheric
Culcruech Castle in Fintry, and in keeping with the contemporary theme, we created striking vases of gladioli, roses and orchids for the ceremony, and vibrant posies of gerbera, freesia and orchids in fishbowl vases for her table centrepieces.
