Mar Hall Rose Wedding

Today we worked with a fantastic couple in a beautiful venue with hundreds of roses. Mar Hall was filled with Avalanche, Sweet Avalanche, Keano, Talea and Coolwater roses and combined with freesia. lisianthus and snapdragon.

It was great to be back at the stunning Mar Hall on Friday to set this Avalanche rose, peony and thistle wedding using our signature hourglass domed vase arrangements with some co-ordinating cake plates.

It's impossible to go wrong with a classic combination of beautiful ivory and green flowers. For this recent wedding at Mar Hall we used hydrangea, roses, peonies, lisianthus, freesia and guelder rose.

The sun shone, the setting was beautiful, the Bride and Mother of the Bride had impeccable taste - what else could you ask for.

Yesterday, we used peonies, gypsophila, Vendela rose, and Avalanche and Sweet Avalanche roses to create this sumptuous wedding at Mar Hall Resort.

A few weeks ago we got the opportunity to create this stunning, vibrant wedding in the marquee at Mar Hall. We used Purple Power roses, hydrangea, delphinium, monkshood, lisianthus and stock to create the bold entrance pieces and table arrangements.

A few weeks again we designed the flowers for a beautiful wedding where the bride's attention to detail was perfect. The wedding started at St Andrews Cathedral in Glasgow before moving on the the wonderful setting of the Grand Hall at Mar Hall. We filled both venues with ivory hydrangea, Avalanche roses, lisianthus and silvery foliages of stachys and cinerea.

Summer Cake Plates

One of today's weddings featured some beautiful cake plate arrangements of Purple Power, Mimi Eden and Esperance roses with hydrangea and dahlias. Glasgow University Chapel was stunning as always and the bride's vintage touches along with our flowers at Mar Hall created an amazing ambience.

Autumn Weddings

In season weddings seem to be in fashion at the moment. These two snapshots from recent weddings at Mar Hall and Glenbervie sum up the colours of Autumn perfectly.

Classic v. Contemporary

With two weddings taking place at the sumptuous Mar Hall last weeked, we were in the perfect position to consider the dilemma of classic versus contemporary wedding flowers. The contemporary table centres at Friday's wedding were composed of white hydrangea, avalanche roses and black tie leaves. Whilst at Sunday's wedding the couple opted for more classic table centres of longi lilies, avalanche roses and dendrobium orchids. We're still undecided as to which was our favourite..........
