Last wedding of 2012

Each year at Mood Flowers we get to create flowers for over 150 weddings. In 2012 we think we might have saved the best until last getting the opportunity to work with hundreds of stems of roses, amaryllis, stock, dendrobium orchids, lisianthus and a couple of 12ft trees . We finished the two day set up around 6:15pm on 29th December just an hour before the bride and groom entered the room at Cameron House.

Prestonfield Wedding

Sorry for neglecting our blog! A few technical issues with photos and lots of work to keep us busy but we're back blogging again. At the start of November we got the opportunity to work in the stunning venue of Prestonfield in Edinburgh. The lavish affair started at the University of Glasgow Chapel before heading east for the reception. Avalanche rose, ivory hydrangea and white phalaenopsis orchids were the order of the day.

Ardanaiseig Oct 2012

A 6:00am start, a two and a half hour drive and a unique venue which the bride decided needed lots and lots of flowers. We loved our wedding at Ardanaiseig on Thursday and here are the photos. Look out for the surprise at the end!
