Our brides allow us to fill beautiful venues with flowers. Often the table centrepieces at Blythswood Square are understated but our bride gave us the opportunity to fill the intimate reception room with candelabras spilling with flowers.
The ceremony took place at St Andrew's Cathedral and we used roses, lisianthus, freesia and snapdragons throughout all the flower pieces.

Cameron House Spring Wedding
We love the fact that brides trust us to design the wedding flowers of their dreams. For this beautiful wedding at Cameron House last month we combined roses, tulips, ranunculus and lily of the valley.
We also want to share some of the official photos taken by the talented Duke Photography
Mar Hall Wedding 27 March 2013
The sun shone, the setting was beautiful, the Bride and Mother of the Bride had impeccable taste - what else could you ask for.
Yesterday, we used peonies, gypsophila, Vendela rose, and Avalanche and Sweet Avalanche roses to create this sumptuous wedding at Mar Hall Resort.

Flower Exhibition at House for an Art Lover
We are delighted to announce the opening of our exhibition "The Flowers of Charles Rennie Mackintosh" at House for an Art Lover today. We explore the relationship Mackintosh had with flowers recreating some of his famous paintings and taking inspiration from other elements of his design work to create floral installations.
The exhibition will run from today until Thursday 25th April from 10am until 4pm each day. Entry is free to the Mackintosh Suite (does not include normal audio tour).
We also have a few places left at our hands on flower school class including afternoon tea this Thursday on the final afternoon of the exhibition. Call 0141 353 4770 to book your place.

Super Saturday Part 2
As well as the bouquets, yesterday we create ceremony displays, signing table arrangements, flowers and candles for the aisles, table centrepieces and stair ends.

Super Saturday!
Today we had five weddings. That meant five bridal bouquets, 14 bridesmaids' bouquets and dozens of table centrepieces. Thankfully our large, professional team at Mood Flowers means that all our brides have a dedicated florist looking after them on their wedding.
It's always fascinating to see which flower varieties and colours our brides choose, especially when we can compare all five styles side by side.

Flower Dress for Park Inn Glasgow
We love a challenge at Mood Flowers so when we were asked by DADA to create a couture dress for the launch of the new Park Inn by Radisson hotel this week, we jumped at the chance.
Along with the dress made entirely of 'Delmonte' germini from grower Holstein which was modelled by Cat Cubie we created a parasol using daffodils, tulips, germini, green bell, ranunculus and ivy. The parasol (read umbrella!) came in handy for the beautiful Glasgow spring weather we've been having recently.
