Flower School - Flowers for the Home - Spring

We hosted the first of the year's Spring Flower School classes on Saturday. The day was filled with hyacinths, daffodils, tulips and a few surprise roses and orchids just to give spring the Mood Flowers twist. Scented Spring wedding

We loved the combination of flowers in this wedding - sweet scented stock, ranunculus, whit ephlox, frilly tulips, freesia and lisianthus - perfect for Spring! Laura and the team headed to St Mary's in Hamilton and then onto Brig O'Doon to create this wedding. We loved all the little details.

Happy Valentine's Day

Love is in the air or by now it should have arrived at your front door! This year we sent out lots of roses in reds, pinks and ivories with folded black tie leaves and looped red dogwood. Rose varieties like Red Naomi, Sweet Avalanche and Amnesia were combined with vanda and cymbidium orchids, amaryllis and lilies and delivered to Glasgow's most loved/deserving/romanced.

Wedding Flowers Magazine

We are delighted to be featured in the March/April edition of 'Wedding Flowers' magazine.  Nick designed a bridal bouquet and table centrepiece using Purple Power, Cherry Brandy and Colandro roses combined with Gloriosa lilies and viburnum berries.  Check out his handiwork on pages 126 and 127.

Preparations for another busy Valentines Day have begun at Mood Flowers. We will be getting a large delivery of stunning flowers in vibrant reds and pinks and classic whites just in time to make up all the deliveries for Tuesday 14th February.

When Katy married Peter at House for an Art Lover at the end of August last year we knew Fiona at Fiona MacNeill Photography would capture the day perfectly. The combination of Avalanche roses and purple Vanda orchids were set against the stunning backdrop of the venue.
