A busy day (and evening) ahead...

Another big wedding weekend at Mood Flowers as we transform thousands of stems of flowers into four beautiful weddings. We'll show you the results tomorrow and Sunday but for now here are some of the raw materials.

Wedding Flowers Demonstration - Country Baskets Gateshead

As well as our work in Glasgow and Scotland we like to take our Flower School and Demonstrations further afield.  Nick was invited on Sunday to demonstrate Wedding Flowers at County Baskets in Gateshead to fellow florists and lots of floristry students.

Stock Clearance Sale - UPDATE

Every year we need to clear some of our old stock for new.

Our Annual Stock Clearance Sale takes place tomorrow - Saturday 11th May - from 11am until 3pm at our studio in Anniesland:

We have tea light holders, candles, vases, rechargeable light bases, planters, half barrels, rocks, ceramics, baskets, artificial flowers, real weeping willow trees, lavender, sparkly bits, gold plates and even a couple of fridges!

Rock bottom prices! We want everything to go!

Everyone is welcome including brides, flower school students, fellow florists, events and wedding industry professionals, our customers and anyone else who may be interested.

Fresh Summer Greens

We love working with lime green flowers. Here's a combination of guelder rose, cymbidium orchids and Green Emerald roses heading to a photoshoot tomorrow morning.

Annual Stock Clearance Sale

Hops and Roses

Today we combined Amnesia and Pacific blue roese with hops, senecio and thistle to create this rustic styled  bouquet which was complemented with hops buttonholes.

Lush in Luss!

Yesterday we got to use some of our favourite flowers for a wedding in the stunning Luss Parish Church followed by the reception at Lodge on the Loch.

Hydrangea, Avalanche and Sweet Avalanche roses, peonies and freesia were combined to create hand tied bouquets, gatehouse flowers and the table centrepieces. Congratulations to Suzy & William!
